The July 2013 issue of the Journal of Sexual Medicine published a report out of Indiana that has the male enhancement world buzzing. The results came after a close study of over 1500 different American men – more specifically, the size of American men. Researchers at the University of Indiana found the average American penis size to be 5.6 inches when erect.
