Your Guide to Penis Enlargement
Everything you Ever Needed to know about Enlarging your Penis
When someone mentions penis enlargement, the first thing that comes to mind is one of many sleazy advertisements men are subjected to during our lifetime. Promises of instantly enlarging your penis using some kind of pill or magic potion, oil or even meditation.
The truth is as follows:
1. Penis enlargement is real 2. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is.
So what works and what doesn't?
Penis Enlargement Pills
This is probably the most commonly advertised method of penis enlargement and that's why we will begin here. Penis enlargement pills do not work, period. Although it is possible that they may increase the size of your erection by promoting blood flow to the penis, a pill will NEVER, ever permanently increase the size of your penis.
Penis Enlargement Surgery (Phalloplasty)
There are many different methods used for penis enlargement surgery. The most common would be by detaching the suspensor ligaments that connect the penis to the undersurface of the public bone. This method is effective but costly and potentially dangerous. The list of side effects is long and scary and includes the risk of impotence and even in extreme cases, amputation.
Penile Traction Therapy (Penis Extenders)
Penile traction therapy consists of using a device (penis extender) to exert a specific amount of tension to the penis for specific time period. The process is painless and relatively quick. There are no negative side effects to this method of penis enlargement. You must follow the instructions and the program of course for maximum safety and results.
Penis Exercises (Jelquing)
Penis exercises can be effective but the results are minimal. There are many different ways to do it but the process is very long and could be dangerous when not done correctly. If you're looking to gain 1/4 inch and have 6 months to dedicate, then this would be a great method of enlargement for you.
Penis Pumps
Penis pumps have been around since medieval times and do work to a certain extent. They can also temporally enlarge your penis by forcing more blood into the chambers that cause an erection. The enlargement is however temporary and there is a risk of injury if you abuse of the process. There is also the awkward fact that nobody mentions, the fact that you have to find a way to pump your penis before sex and hope that the effect lasts at least as long as your session. Pumps can be effective in treating things like ED or premature ejaculation, but in terms of permanent penis enlargement, not so much.
Everything else (Oils, creams, magic potions)
We don't have much to say on this point except; stay away. Don't waste your time or money on these types of products.
